Nipple Reduction
People above 18 years of age who have congenital and acquired nipple depression. After the breast is fully developed, the nipple is invaginated. Those who are unable to attract the nipple through repeated pulling should perform a surgery for invading the nipple. Since many seekers are unmarried girls, the problem of unobstructed milk ducts should be considered before surgery. Especially for the correction of severe inverted nipples, thorough surgery may often cause different degrees of damage or adhesion to the milk duct, and may easily cause breast milk retention and acute mastitis during lactation. Therefore, it is recommended that the surgery be performed carefully, or the surgery that minimizes damage to the lactating duct is selected. The surgery does not necessarily pursue perfect results, with the nipple protruding and the baby being sucked at the later stage as the standard.
