Laminectomy and focus decompression
The methods of cervical disc herniation include traditional anterior decompression and fixation fusion, anterior nucleus pulpectomy, and artificial cervical disc replacement. For patients with recurrent disease, non-surgical treatment is not effective, or patients with symptoms of spinal cord compression should be treated early.
