For rectal cancer with lymph node metastasis, it should be removed as completely as possible, that is, the levator anus muscle is cut off from the pelvic wall attachment, and the tissue in the sciatic rectal space is removed at the same time. In women, the uterus and vagina have been affected and should be removed at the same time.
