Pelvic internal resection

1. Congenital hip dislocation in older children (7 years and older) and dislocation in adults. 2. Dislocation after surgery, or severe dysplasia of the acetabulum. 3. Narcotic dislocation due to muscle weakness or spasm. 4. Bilateral pelvic osteotomy will affect the delivery of female patients and should be used with caution.
