Right hepatic trilobectomy

This operation removes all liver tissues except the left outer lobe of the liver, that is, the right half of the liver plus the left inner lobe, which accounts for 85% of the entire organ volume. Patients with liver cirrhosis cannot use ultra hemihepatectomy.
