Distal ulnar amputation
After the deformity of the distal ulna fracture has healed, dislocation of the subulnar joint can cause traumatic arthritis; fractures of the epiphysis of the distal radius of the juvenile will affect the development of the condyle, causing the distal ulna to protrude, and subradial joint dislocation can also occur. The above conditions will make the subulnar joint and wrist joint dysfunction. The simple and effective method is to remove the distal ulna. Clinically, this operation is mostly used for such diseases and tumors in the distal ulna.
