Varicocele resection
Schematic illustration of venous return of the spermatic cord. Varicose veins refer to the spiral expansion of the veins in the spermatic cord due to obstruction of the return flow. It is a common disease in young and middle-aged people. It means that the spermatic cord venous plexus (venous vascular plexus) is dilated, tortuous and lengthened due to venous blood flow accumulation in the spermatic cord. The incidence is 10-15% in men and 15-20% in male infertility. Varicocele varicoseectomy mainly involves two methods, namely, retroperitoneal and transinguinal canal. It is not necessary to add shunt. Most of the failures were caused by leaky vein branches and damage to the internal spermatic artery.
