Right lobectomy
The success rate of right lobectomy is not high, because the liver is rich in blood flow, the structure is complex, and the cut surface is easy to bleed. Therefore, laparoscopic liver resection has developed slowly. Leaf and liver lesions in sections IV, Ⅴ, Ⅵ. Due to the difficulty and risk of laparoscopic right hepatectomy, mature laparoscopic and open hepatectomy techniques are required to complete it successfully. There are only a few successful reports abroad.
