High saphenous vein ligation and ablation
High saphenous vein ligation and excision is performed under spinal anesthesia or epidural anesthesia, which can treat patients with severe superficial varicose veins of the lower extremities, as well as patients with insufficiency of the great saphenous vein and branch valve. However, the patient is required to have no previous history of deep vein thrombosis and the function of the deep vein valve is good. Adaptation to the crowd: 1. Obvious varicose veins of the lower limbs, accompanied by calf pain and swelling, hyperpigmentation, chronic recurrent ulcers. 2. Saphenous vein and branch valve dysfunction. 3. No previous history of deep vein thrombosis and deep vein valve function.
