Vaginal trichomoniasis

Under normal circumstances, there are normal flora in vaginal secretions, such as vaginal bacteria, Bacteroides (lactobacillus, Figure 1), streptococci and so on. The normal flora of these negative bacilli is in the vagina, which can keep the vagina in an acidic environment, which is conducive to resist the invasion of other pathogenic bacteria. Due to the unique structural and biological characteristics of vaginal tissue anatomy, it can play a role in preventing microbial invasion. However, when the defense function of the vagina is destroyed for some reason, the pathogens enter the imagination and cause diseases such as vaginitis.
