Thyme turbidity test
Determination of plasma protein levels and analysis of their components is one of the important tests for liver disease. The determination of this aspect has been discussed in detail in other chapters. This section mainly describes some simple serum colloid stabilization tests related to protein metabolism. The principles of various serum colloidal stability tests are basically the same, but the different reagents used have different effects in promoting and suppressing turbidity. Currently, the TTT test is commonly used in clinical practice.
