Erythrocyte flow coefficient TK

This index is an indirect measurement of the ability of red blood cells to deform using the viscosity method. It is a comparison of the relative viscosities of the same red blood cell specific suspensions from the same shear. Inspection method: Use a rotary or capillary viscometer to measure the viscosity value of whole blood at high shear rate, then use a capillary viscometer to measure the plasma viscosity, and use the viscosity equation to calculate the TK value, which indicates the red blood cell deformability change.
