Yu Xiazheng
Huchard's sign is one of the lung examination items. There are two kinds of signs: ① In patients with pulmonary edema, the examiner first auscultates the patient's lungs, finds that the lung field is full of wet snoring sounds, and then performs the same site examination. If it is found that there is no normal unvoiced sound (an abnormal response occurs), this is the sign, also called Xiafei sign. ② When the arteriosclerotic hypertension is changed from the standing position to the sitting position, the pulse rate may decrease. This is also called Yu Xiamai sign.
