Ondelaar sign

Andral's sign is "lateral sign", also known as "Andral supine sign". An early sign of pleurisy. Early in pleurisy, taken by patients to avoid or reduce pain. If you switch to another position, you will soon return to the affected side. Auscultation examinations on the lying side can often hear pleural friction sounds, and palpation can be felt when palpation, and turbidity can appear. Sometimes this area may have intercostal muscle tension.
