Anti-lymphocyte antibody
Among anti-lymphocyte antibodies, cold-reactive IgM antibodies are cytotoxic, while IgG antibodies can alter lymphocyte function in vitro. Anti-lymphocyte antibodies can affect immune function in a variety of ways: ① Elimination of target lymphocytes in circulation. ② Combined with the target cell surface antigen to change its function. ③ Eliminate the effect of T suppressor cells. ④ exerts specific cytotoxic effects on T cell subsets necessary for the production of T suppressor cells.
