Urine fibrin degradation products
Fibrin degradation products are fibrinogen or fibrin produced by X, Y, D, E and other fragments under the action of plasmin, which has anticoagulant effect in blood. Different substrates act on plasmin, and the fibrin degradation products are slightly different. The amount of fibrin degradation products not only reflects the fibrinolytic activity in the body, but also can be used to determine the source of fibrinogen or fibrin through the determination of its components, and analyze the formation of thrombin. Fibrin degradation product is an experiment to determine the function of the fibrinolytic system, and we can know whether the system works normally.
