Peroxidase staining

Some bone marrow or blood cells contain peroxidase. This enzyme can decompose H2O2 and generate new ecological oxygen. The new ecological oxygen can oxidize the colorless benzidine to benzidine blue, and then turn it into a brown-black compound and precipitate in the cytoplasm.
