Rotor test

Check the coma patient's eye movements and turn their heads horizontally to the sides. If the patient's eyes quickly turn to the opposite side in concert, the test is positive. A positive head-turn test appeared in a shallow coma, indicating a decrease in cerebral cortical function, but there was still some consciousness, and it disappeared in a deep coma.
