Arterial patency test
Arterial patency test is a supplementary test used to check whether arterial blood vessels are normal. The blood of the hand is supplied by the two arteries of the ulnar artery and the radial artery, and there are abundant anastomotic branches between them. Therefore, when one of the arteries is occluded, the blood supply of the hand can still be guaranteed. This test is to observe the skin color change of the hand after blocking the radial artery, and to determine whether the ulnar artery has smooth blood flow. The corresponding symptoms can be judged by the above methods.
