Thrombosis and hemostasis testing
Thrombosis and hemostasis tests include capillary fragility test, bleeding time measurement, platelet count, clot shrinkage test, clotting time measurement, plasma prothrombin time measurement and activated partial thromboplastin time measurement. The first four of these trials mainly reflected the role of blood vessel walls and platelets in thrombosis and hemostasis. The three remaining tests are all tests for endogenous coagulation, and the most sensitive is the determination of thromboplastin time in the living part.
