Gums with blue lines

Introduction

Introduction Chronic sputum poisoning can occur with stomatitis, blue lines of the gums, rash, fear of eating, weight loss, diarrhea and jaundice. Poisoning a large amount, excessive medical use or long-term application of tincture can cause poisoning. Inorganic strontium salts such as bismuth subnitrate, bismuth subgallate or compound lead bismuth (stomach must be treated with 200 mg of barium aluminate per tablet), if taken in excess, may be poisoned by an increase in blood sputum concentration, causing encephalopathy. Poisoning a large amount, excessive medical use or long-term application of tincture can cause poisoning. Bismuthpoisoning is mostly caused by the application of a large amount of bismuth nitrate in the treatment of diarrhea.

Cause

Cause

Inorganic strontium salts such as bismuth subnitrate, bismuth subgallate or compound lead bismuth (stomach must be treated with 200 mg of barium aluminate per tablet), if taken in excess, may be poisoned by an increase in blood sputum concentration, causing encephalopathy.

Examine

an examination

Oral sputum preparations for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders can cause constipation and make the stool gray or black. Intramuscular injection of tincture can cause acute poisoning or renal failure, and is often reversible. Chronic poisoning can occur with stomatitis, blue lines of the gums, rash, fear of eating, weight loss, diarrhea and jaundice. Topical sputum can cause skin ulcers in children, while perivascular poisoning can be seen on the bones, in children can interfere with membranous cartilage ossification, and in adults can be associated with unilateral or bilateral sacral skull arthropathy.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

It is differentiated from other drug poisonings that can cause symptoms such as encephalopathy and renal failure.
