Inflammatory granuloma
Introduction
Introduction Granuloma can be divided into two types, infectious and non-infective. Non-infectious is mainly caused by foreign body residue; infectious granuloma is divided into: purulent bacteria, tuberculosis, syphilis, fungal, parasitic granuloma, non-specific inflammatory granuloma. The cause of non-specific inflammatory granuloma is due to the strong resistance of the body, the weaker pathogenic bacteria, the lesser degree of local infection, the less pus, and even the formation of inflammatory granulation tissue without pus.
Cause

A large number of fibroblasts proliferate to form connective tissue, and chronic inflammatory cells infiltrate to form granuloma.

Immunopathological examination endoscopic ultrasonography
Imaging examination: flaky or patchy low-density shadows, clear or blurred edges, edema around the lesion.
