Tingling when urinating
Introduction
Introduction Urinary tingling refers to pain in the urethra, bladder, and perineum when urinating. The degree of pain is light and heavy, often burning, heavy, such as knife cutting, light, such as acupuncture. Urinary tingling is common in urethritis, prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, seminal vesiculitis, cystitis, urinary calculi, bladder tuberculosis, pyelonephritis and so on. Clinically, male urinary tingling can be suspected to be non-gonococcal urethritis, which is an infection of the male reproductive system. The main cause of infection is that patients do not pay attention to personal hygiene in their daily lives.
Cause
Cause
The main symptom of urinating tingling is inflammation, which is caused by sexual contact with people infected with chlamydia and mycoplasma. If there is mild thermal sensation in the anterior urethra, abnormal secretions may be discharged, or frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, dysuria, and hematuria may occur.
Gonorrhea
For example, a large amount of thick purulent secretions in the urethra may be gonorrhea.
2 non-gonococcal urethritis
Only white thin mucus may be non-gonococcal urethritis.
3 prostatitis
Only a small amount of secretions in the morning or after urination, or even a small amount of gray-white mucus or purulent secretion when the urethra is squeezed, may be prostatitis [1].
4 acute gonorrhea
Frequent urination, urgency, severe pain during urination, burning sensation in the urethra, and even abnormal penis or persistent erection may be acute gonorrhea.
5 subacute gonorrhea
If there is inflammatory adhesion in the urethral opening and there is a urinary flow bifurcation like a fountain, it may be subacute gonorrhea.

Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis
1, urinary tingling is obvious at the beginning of urination, or combined with dysuria, lesions in the urethra, common in acute urethritis.
2, pain at the end of urination, and combined with urgency, lesions in the bladder, common in acute cystitis.
3, pain at the end of urination is obvious, still feel pain after urination, or feel "empty pain", or not urinary pain, the lesions are mostly in the urethra or adjacent organs, such as bladder triangle inflammation, prostatitis.
4, sudden interruption of urination with pain or urinary retention: seen in the bladder, urethra stones or urinary tract foreign bodies.
5, poor urination with pain: elderly men more suggestive of prostatic hyperplasia, can also be seen in urethra stones.
6, urination tingling or burning pain: more common in acute inflammatory irritation, such as acute urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis, pyelonephritis.
