Penile induration
Introduction
Introduction Penile induration, also known as penile fibrosinitis, is a connective tissue proliferative disorder that occurs between the two layers of fascia of the corpus cavernosum. Penile induration occurs in men 20-50 years old. Penile induration can touch one or several cords or elliptical induration on the dorsal or root of the penis. The texture is like cartilage. The size is as small as mung bean. Like peanuts. There is no discomfort when the penis is loose, and there is local pain during erection. Small induration has no effect on erection. Large induration can hinder the erection of the penis, making the penis curved, plus mental factors such as worry and anxiety. In severe cases, it may affect sexual life.
Cause
Cause
Because of the fibrotic lesion between the corpus cavernosum and the white membrane, the normal elastic connective tissue is replaced by glass denaturation or fibrous scarring, and single or multiple plaques appear on the dorsal or bilateral sides of the penis.
Can cause sexual dysfunction, such as painful erections, erectile dysfunction or impotence. Induration generally does not damage the urethra, and there is no difficulty in urinating, but genital discomfort, a sense of falling, and painful discomfort during urination may occur.

Examination of penile induration:
The condition of penile sclerosis can be mild, moderate or severe, and the symptoms can occur slowly or overnight. Common symptoms of penile sclerosis include:
1. A hard plaque that may be painless on the penis.
2. The penis bent on the upper side of the penis will bend the penis upwards (this is the more common case), while the hard block that appears on the underside of the penis will bend the penis downward.
3. Some patients' lumps appear on both the upper and lower sides of the penis, shortening and deforming the penis.
4. Feel uncomfortable or painful when the penis is erect.
5. Erectile dysfunction.

Identification of symptoms that are easily confused by penile induration :
