Examination and diagnosis of orbital malformation:
Eyelid valgus deformity is a common problem in patients with facial burns. Because the eyelids can not be closed, the eyeballs are often exposed and stimulated, causing the eyeballs to become red, painful, have a foreign body sensation, and often shed tears. If the cornea is exposed for a little longer, the eye fluid is not wet, and exposed keratitis and corneal ulcers can occur. If the treatment is not timely, it can cause blindness.
Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis
The diagnosis should be differentiated from the following symptoms:
Incomplete orbital closure of the eyelids means that the upper and lower eyelids cannot be completely closed, resulting in partial eyeball exposure, also known as rabbit eye.
