Frequent fetal movement
Introduction
Introduction Fetal movement refers to the movement of the fetus in the uterine cavity to the wall of the uterus. After 4 months of pregnancy, the mother can obviously feel the activity of the fetus from the 5th month. The fetus reaches out in the uterus, kicks the leg, and impacts the wall of the uterus. This is the fetal movement. The number of fetal movements, the speed and strength of the fetus indicate the safety of the fetus. Normally, the fetal movement is not less than 3 to 5 times in 1 hour, and the number of fetal movements in 12 hours is 30 to 40 times. However, due to the large differences in fetal individuals, some fetuses can move about 100 times in 12 hours. As long as the fetal movements are regular, rhythmic, and little change, it is proved that fetal development is normal.
Cause
Cause
Fetal movements less than 20 times in 12 hours, or less than 3 times per hour, indicate that the fetus is hypoxic, and small lives may be seriously threatened. In the early stage of hypoxia, the number of fetal movements will increase, and the fetus is restless due to lack of oxygen. When the intrauterine hypoxia continues to increase, the fetal movement is gradually weakened and the number of times is reduced. This is a warning sign of fetal risk. If the corresponding rescue measures are not taken at this time, the fetal movement will disappear, and the fetal heart will disappear, and the heartbeat will stop and die. This process takes about 12 to 48 hours. Therefore, once pregnant women find abnormal fetal movement, they must not be taken lightly, should go to the obstetrics for treatment, timely treatment, often turn to safety.

Normal pregnant women begin to consciously move fetal movement at 20 weeks of gestation, increase with gestational age, and gradually increase fetal movement. The peak of 32-34 weeks of pregnancy, the fetal movement begins to decrease after 38 weeks of pregnancy, if the fetal movement is greater than or equal to 30 times / 12 hours or greater than or equal to 4 times / hour is normal, if the fetal movement for 2 consecutive days is less than or equal to 3 times / hour, it is abnormal, and more consideration is given to the fetal hypoxia and distress in the uterus. The number of fetal movements, the speed and strength of the fetus indicate the safety of the fetus.
Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis
Fetal movement frequency: acute fetal distress clinical manifestations of fetal heart rate changes, amniotic fluid meconium contamination, fetal movement frequency, fetal movement disappeared and acidosis.
Fetal dysphoria: threatened abortion refers to a small amount of vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain before 28 weeks of gestation. The cervix is not open, the membrane is not broken, the pregnancy is not discharged, and the size of the uterus is consistent with the number of menopause. Early threatened abortion is a clinical manifestation. In order to have early pregnancy reaction after menopause, a small amount of vaginal bleeding will occur later, dripping continuously, color red, lasting for several days or weeks, no abdominal pain or slight lower abdominal pain.
