Hand tremor
Introduction
Introduction The patient experienced a 5 to 8 Hz hand tremor during writing or writing, without other dysfunction. Some patients with tremor are not completely limited to writing movements, but may also have tremors when doing other similar work or using similar tools. The limb swinging action caused by the alternating contraction of antagonistic muscles in the hands, most patients with tremors after the onset of the disease, but also one-handed tremors, hand tremors, affecting fine movements, writing and catering.
Cause
Cause
Hypertonic hyperthyroidism is the most common. When you write, your hand muscles and wrist muscles are paralyzed. Or you can't use pens freely because of weak muscles. It is similar to paralysis. It is also sporty and hyperactive. When you write, your hand muscles and wrist muscles tremble and gradually increase. Mental stress is more pronounced, and there are many reasons for the shaking of the hands caused by the active muscles and antagonistic muscle disorders. These include: hereditary hand trembling, trembling caused by fear and sorrow, and some due to illness (heart disease, cranial nerve disorders).
The phenomenon of shivering is medically called "esthetic tremor."
Essential tremor is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease that is the most common extrapyramidal disease and the most common tremor disorder, with approximately 60% of patients having a family history.

1. Lumbar puncture CSF examination of dopamine metabolite vanillic acid content and serotonin metabolite 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid content decreased. The biochemical detection radioimmunoassay method was used to detect the decrease of CSF somatostatin content. In the urine, DA and its metabolites 3-methoxytyramine, 5-HT and epinephrine, NE are also reduced.
2. Dopamine and its metabolites in the urine are also reduced.
3. In some patients, CT or MRI showed changes in ischemic degeneration in the basal ganglia. Serum renin activity decreased, tyrosine content decreased; NE and 5-HT levels in the substantia nigra and striatum decreased, and glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) activity decreased by 50% compared with the control group.
Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis
Ischemic contracture of the forearm and hand muscles: The lower part of the radial artery is the most common clinical manifestation, which occurs in children, especially in the supracondylar fracture of the humerus, mainly causing ischemic contracture of the forearm and hand muscles. It is called Volkmann ischemic contracture.
Two hands tremor: Parkinson's disease cannot be diagnosed with tremors alone. There are many reasons for causing tremors in both hands. We should first understand that there are many types of tremors. According to the relationship between tremor and voluntary movement, tremor can be divided into the following categories: static tremor, posture tremor, intentional tremor, and other tremors.
The limb swinging motion caused by the alternating contraction of antagonistic muscles in the hands. Most patients have tremors of both hands after onset, as well as one-handed tremors and hand tremors that affect fine movements, writing, and catering.
