2, clinical signs: nipple eczema-like cancer in addition to local eczema, about 2 / 3 of the patients can be found near the areola or other parts of the breast, and breast eczema will not appear breast lumps.
3, the disease development: breast eczema patients generally self-healing, and nipple eczema-like cancer patients will have skin erosion, and no self-healing tendency, and with the progress of the disease, the nipple can be retracted or fixed, the nipple part or all rotted .
4, lymph nodes: most patients with nipple eczema-like cancer can reach the swollen and hard lymph nodes in the armpit, while the axillary lymph nodes secondary to breast eczema patients, the texture is not hard, and the activity is large.
5, cytology examination: nipple eczema-like cancer patients do smear cytology examination, you can see cancer cells.
