Muscle contusion

Introduction

Introduction Muscle contusion: A non-open injury that occurs when a blunt object acts directly on the soft tissue of the body. Rod hits, car crashes, horse kicks, and falls are the most common reasons. The head, joints, chest wall, pelvis and lumbar support are multiple sites. Clinical symptoms vary widely. Mild contusion is usually a capillary hemorrhage, and the lymphatic fluid that flows out of the capillary lymphatics accumulates between the muscle and the connective tissue, causing swelling and pain. Severe contusion can cause hematoma or even shock. Different contusions can cause different dysfunctions. For example, joint contusion can cause obvious pain during exercise, chest wall contusion can occur with hemothorax or even fracture, complicated with shock and cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
