Epididymal cyst
Introduction
Introduction Epididymal cyst (epididymal cyst) also known as semen cyste (spermatocele), the age of good hair is 20 to 40 years old. The cause of the disease may be due to obstruction of the vas deferens and accumulation of semen. The common site of epididymal cysts is the epididymis head, which is rare in the body and tail. It originates from the epithelial cells of the testicular net output tubules. The diameter is constant from millimeters to several centimeters. It can be a single cyst or separate multiple lumens, but Single shot more common. Sperm often contains sperm.
Cause
Cause
The cause of epididymal cyst may be due to local inflammatory adhesions that obstruct the epididymis. It is generally believed that the pathogen of chronic epididymitis is retrograde through the vas deferens, and is also thought to be invaded by the lymphatic system. The clinical process is chronic, the epididymis is enlarged, the quality is hard or accompanied by nodules, and the tenderness is mild. The clinical manifestations are more scrotal swelling, no special discomfort, and the lesions develop slowly. The head of the epididymis can touch a round or oval tumor with a smooth surface, no tenderness, a sexy capsule, and a clear boundary with surrounding tissues. Or a small single epididymal vas deferens obstructs the lumen fluid retention, forming a cyst.

Prostate B-ultrasound test
1, generally no obvious symptoms, sometimes can feel testicular pain, prostate fluid routine examination can be seen white blood cells or pus cells.
2, B-ultrasound can be seen in the enlarged epididymis, the internal echo is uneven.
3, chronic epididymitis is generally the end of the period of irreversible severe acute epididymitis. Chronic epididymitis hardens the entire epididymis due to fibrosis.
4, histologically seen a wide range of scars and epididymal tube occlusion. The tissue is infiltrated by lymphocytes and plasma cells. When touched, the cystic mass can be touched in the head of the epididymis, and the light transmission test is positive.
Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis
Differential diagnosis of epididymal cysts:
1, testicular hydrocele: is quite common, people often confused it with semen cysts. During the physical examination, a large amount of fluid can be felt in the hydrocele, which is mostly in front of the testicle or surrounds the entire testicle. Doctors often don't easily touch the testicles through the fluid. Its light transmission test showed a high degree of light transmission. If you use a needle to pump, you can suck out a lot of clear strawberry liquid.
2, varicocele: more common in young people, is a large number of dilated, braided venous plexus located in the spermatic cord above the testicle. In the standing physical examination, you can see that there are a lot of distorted superficial venous blood vessels on the surface of the scrotum. When you touch it, you can find that the spermatic cord is very thick, and there are many blood vessels distributed in the group. Mostly located above and behind the testicles. It is one of the important reasons for male infertility.
3, epididymal tuberculosis: may be a fairly rigid strip-like mass, and sometimes can also touch the beaded vas deferens, seminal vesicles and the inferior induration of the prostate and other combined signs. The patient has aseptic pyuria. Or the presence of sinus, which helps to establish the diagnosis of epididymal tuberculosis.
4, epididymal tumor: is quite rare, usually benign, opaque muscle-like adenoma.
5, testicular tumor: can be a painless scrotal mass, but the testicle itself is swollen rather than another mass. The epididymis usually shows normal during physical examination. If the tumor is accompanied by hydrocele, it will make the diagnosis difficult. If a testicular tumor is suspected, it should be thoroughly explored through the inguinal incision.
Diagnosis: Generally no obvious symptoms, sometimes feeling testicular pain. When touched, the cystic mass can be touched in the head of the epididymis, and the light transmission test is positive.
