Preoperative preparation Antibiotics are routinely used before surgery. Surgical procedure (1) Take 4 pieces of tape (the length is about equal to the length of the residual limb plus 26cm, the width is slightly smaller than the 4 skin gaps formed by the +-shaped tape of the fixed dressing), and the ends of the tape are folded 13cm each other. (2) After the unfolded portion of the adhesive tape is baked with an alcohol lamp, it is adhered to the four gaps covering the skin of the residual limb above the dressing, and is additionally wrapped with a bandage. (3) The folded portion of the adhesive tape is fixed to the four sides of the expanded plate with a pushpin (the width of the expanded plate should be slightly larger than the diameter of the residual limb), and the traction can be performed. (4) When changing the medicine, simply remove the thumbtack, turn the tape up, and remove the dressing to reveal the section. (5) Skin traction generally lasts for 2 to 3 weeks and can be continued until it is removed again. complication Physical pain.
