Small splint fixation
Curing disease: Indication It is suitable for the closure of long bones of the extremities. After the reduction, it can be fixed with small splints and maintain the contraposition. Contraindications 1. Unstable fractures with obvious dislocations. 2. Patients with open injury of soft tissue, infection and blood circulation disorders. 3. It is difficult to fix the fracture of the trunk bone. 4. Coma or limb loss of sensory function. Preoperative preparation 1. According to the specific conditions of the fracture, choose the appropriate splint, paper pressure pad, bandage, cotton pad and belt. 2. Pay attention to the patient and family members after the small splint is fixed. 3. To clean the affected limb, if the skin has bruises or blisters, you should first change the medicine or take the blister. Surgical procedure 1. The paper pressure pad should be placed in the proper position and fixed with tape to avoid sliding. 2. When the strap is bundled, the force should be uniform, and the tightness should be such that the strap can be pushed up and down by 1 cm on the splint without difficulty. 3. When the anesthesia has not failed, the patient should be careful to prevent the fracture from being displaced. 4. Raise the affected limb and closely observe the blood supply of the affected limb. If the limb is severely swollen, bruising, numb, severe pain, etc., it should be treated promptly. 5. Within 4 days after the reduction of the fracture, according to the degree of swelling of the limb and the tightness of the splint, the daily relaxation should be appropriate, but it should be 1cm up and down. If the splint is loose after 4d, it can be properly tightened. 6. Start weekly fluoroscopy or filming 1-2 times; if the fracture is displaced, correct it or reset it in time. If necessary, change to plaster fixing. After 7.2 to 3 weeks, if the fracture has a fiber connection, it can be re-fixed, and then reviewed once a week in the clinic until the fracture is clinically healed. 8.
