hip perfusion aspiration

Hip perfusion aspiration is used for surgical treatment of septic arthritis. Infusion therapy for hip suppurative infection, the puncture can be on the anterior, lateral or posterior side. Since the patient is lying on the back, the anterior puncture cannula is selected for attraction. Treatment of diseases: acute septic arthritis Indication Hip perfusion aspiration is suitable for early hip (slurry exudation) suppurative joint infections, generally within 1 week after infection. Surgical procedure Anterior puncture: 2.5cm at the midpoint and the lateral side of the inguinal ligament, can be inserted into the hip joint cavity vertically. When the puncture is performed, the femoral artery should be touched with one hand, and the lateral side is the femoral nerve. After the needle enters, the needle is slightly inward and downward, and after the pus is inserted, the silicone tube with the side hole is inserted, inserted into the inferior joint capsule of the head, and then 2 cm outside the puncture point, and the puncture is slightly inwardly, and the pus is withdrawn. Insert the silicone tube slightly outward into the lateral joint capsule of the femoral head, and determine the irrigation drip tube and the drainage tube according to the patency of the tube. The suture is fixed to the drainage tube. If the anterior puncture drainage is not smooth, the lateral and posterior puncture can be used. 1 hip joint external puncture method: from the front and lower part of the femoral trochanter, after piercing the skin with the thigh skin surface 45 °, enter the joint cavity 5 ~ 10cm in the direction of the femoral neck. 2 Hip joint puncture method: the patient is lying on the side or prone, and the hip joint is reached vertically at the junction of the middle and outer 1/3 of the line connecting the center of the trochanter and the posterior tibial spine.
