ascending aorta-abdominal aortic bypass graft
In 1974, Frantz first used long-segmented artificial blood vessel transplantation for the aorta or femoral artery below the ascending aorta-renal artery to treat multiple arteritis with extensive lesions of the thoracic and abdominal aorta, and achieved good results. The long aortic stenosis of the thoracic and abdomen segments is not consistent with the normal wall of the thoracic aorta. The ascending aorta-abdominal aorta bypass can be used. Treatment of diseases: aortic aneurysm 1, the chest and abdomen in the middle of the joint incision, from the sternal notch, down to the umbilicus 2 fingers. 2, the appropriate caliber artificial blood vessels, the proximal end and the ascending aorta do end-to-side anastomosis. 3. The abdominal aorta is exposed under the armpit, and the diaphragmatic angle is cut above the celiac artery and the inferior abdominal aorta is released. 4. Bypass the artificial blood vessel to pass through the diaphragmatic incision in the right side of the right atrium and in front of the inferior vena cava, to the small omental sac behind the left lobe of the liver, and to the abdominal aorta below the retroperitoneum and below the renal artery or the celiac artery. - Side anastomosis.
