Posterior shoulder incision and drainage
Lateral incision and drainage for the surgical treatment of septic arthritis. Surgical infection of the shoulder joint, in the early stage of joint incision drainage, often using the anterior incision approach, and for advanced suppurative infection, when the switch is required to open the switch, the posterior incision is selected. Treatment of diseases: septic arthritis The incision is on the posterior edge of the deltoid muscle, starting from the scapula and starting along the muscle fiber 6-8 cm, separating the deltoid muscle fibers along the incision, revealing the lower scapular muscles of the scapular ganglia, from the medial aspect of the great inferior tibia to the infraorbital muscle and the small round muscle. Separately, the swollen joint capsule is exposed, the longitudinal incision enters the joint capsule, and the physiological saline is flushed to suck out the pus. The posterior incision is advantageous for posture drainage. It can be drained with a rubber strip (or cigarette) or filled with Vaseline pine.
