left lower lobectomy
The left lower lobectomy is mainly for peripheral lung cancer and is limited to irreversible lesions in the lung. Treatment of diseases: elderly lung cancer Indication Peripheral lung cancer, limited to irreversible lesions in the lung lobe. Preoperative preparation 1. X-ray examination to determine the location of the lesion and understand the condition of the lung. 2. Those who have more infections and secretions, give anti-infective treatment and control the amount of sputum. 3. Smokers should avoid smoking for more than 2 weeks. 4. Perform lung function tests and blood gas analysis. 5. Correct heart function and improve systemic nutrition. Surgical procedure 1. Open the oblique fissure, the lower lobe is retracted backward, and the upper lobe is retracted forward to expose the inferior pulmonary artery. Because the upper (dorsal) artery and the segmental artery often originate from the left pulmonary artery at the same level, the upper artery is first ligated and cut. 2. The basal segmental artery is freed from the lower tongue segmental artery, ligated and sewed and cut. 3. Retract the lower leaf forward, ligature and cut the lower ligament of the lung. Push the mediastinal pleura, free the sub-pulmonary vein, ligature the ligation and suture it. 4. Free the lower bronchus, first cut and suture the dorsal bronchus, and then treat the basal bronchus.
