Mite dermatitis

Introduction

Introduction to dermatitis The dermatitis caused by the bite of locusts is collectively called aphid dermatitis, and there are many kinds of sputum. Here, only dermatitis caused by sputum, whitefly, etc. is introduced. Because this disease occurs in farmers who come into contact with grain during the autumn harvest season, it is also called pruritus ( Grainitch), commonly known as "barley itch", "straw itch", "groceries itch", "grass itch", "urticaria-like dermatitis", "Pulverized dermatitis" and so on. Because this kind of aphids are parasitic on crops, flour, groceries and larvae of soft insects, this disease occurs mostly in farmers, porters, milling workers who often come into contact with crops and their products, and often sleep on grass mats. People can happen occasionally. basic knowledge The proportion of illness: 0.22% Susceptible people: farmers, porters, milling workers Mode of infection: non-infectious Complications: proteinuria asthma

Cause

Cause of dermatitis

(1) Causes of the disease

There are many types of cockroaches. It is estimated that there are more than 500,000 species in the world. There are not many mites that can cause this disease. There are two common types in China:

1. The genus Pampas is a small scorpion in the body or in vitro of parasitic insects. It is also often parasitic on humans and animals. It has a very small shape and is difficult to detect with the naked eye. Adults have 4 pairs of feet and short mouthparts. The limbs are thorn-like, and the common scorpionfish (also known as bag-shaped scorpion or futon worm) is about 0.2 mm long and is yellowish in color. The female is slightly larger and can be seen by the naked eye. The unfertilized female is fusiform. It is spherical after fertilization and is a uterus. In the warm season, the eggs hatch larvae in the mother, and they are sexually mature adults at birth. Each female can produce 50 to 300 small mites, of which only 4% are males. Stay in the female genital tract, wait for mating with the females hatched later, the females are active, and they are looking for the host just after birth, so only the females are harmful to humans, except for parasitic larvae and other insects. It also exists in the pile of wheat and weeds. If people are exposed to weeds, the grain can be bitten, but the insects cannot live on the human body for a long time.

2. Aphididae (Aphididae) is a small white mites that can be seen by the naked eye. In addition to living in the grass and grains, it is also found in flour and sugar. It feeds on various organic substances. Whitefly (also known as powder aphid) and rotted casein (also known as keke bean mites), which feed on rotten food and flour, often bite people at night.

(two) pathogenesis

If people are exposed to weeds, the grain can be bitten, but the insects can not live on the human body for a long time. After being bitten, the local skin itching is felt first, especially at night. It is persistent itching, local edematous erythema, papules, Herpes, wheal, and common cockroaches in the center, first occur in the contact area or exposed part of the body, and then invade the covered part of the clothes. The neck and the trunk are more common, the upper limbs are second, and the upper and lower limbs are rare. The rash can spread throughout the body, often due to scratching and scratches, blood stasis, eczema-like or secondary infection, local lymphadenopathy, the course of disease is prolonged for several days.

Prevention

Dermatitis prevention

Pay attention to the ventilation and drying of the living room, warehouse, storage, container, container and grain. It is often exposed to light under strong light. If the mites are found, the insecticide should be sprayed and disinfected in time. In addition, personal protection should be strengthened. After work, bathe and change clothes on the skin. It can be coated with 5% naphthol sulphur cream or acne sputum, benzyl benzoate sputum, etc., not only to prevent the invasion of mites, but also to kill mites.

Complication

Dermatitis complications Complications proteinuria asthma

Individual patients may have proteinuria, combined with membrane congestion, asthma and so on.

Symptom

Symptoms of dermatitis Symptoms Symptoms of pruritus, skin itching, edema, fatigue, herpes, bloody diarrhea, skin, sputum

The disease occurs mostly in the warm and humid seasons of summer and autumn. After being bitten, the local skin itching is felt first, especially at night. It is persistent itching, local edematous erythema, papules, herpes, wheal, central common insect bites. The sputum occurs first in the contact area or exposed part of the body, and then invades the covered part of the clothes. The neck and the trunk are more common, the upper limbs are second, the face and lower limbs are rare, and the severe rash can spread throughout the body, showing varying degrees of body. Symptoms, such as fever, headache, fatigue, wheezing, diarrhea, etc., about 1 week or so, the rash begins to subside, itching is relieved, leaving pigmentation patches, often scratches, bloody, eczema-like or secondary Infection, local lymphadenopathy, prolonged course of disease for several days, patients with increased white blood cells and eosinophils, individual patients may have proteinuria, combined with membrane congestion, asthma and so on.

Examine

Examination of dermatitis

The patient's white blood cells and eosinophils increased, and the lesions found in the lesions confirmed the diagnosis of the disease.

Diagnosis

Diagnosis and differentiation of dermatitis

diagnosis

After contact with grain weeds in warm and humid seasons, itchy edematous erythema occurs at the exposed parts. After stopping contact with pollutants, the condition can be controlled quickly, and it is not difficult to diagnose according to its characteristics, if it is on the contact and the host. The discovery of the worm can confirm the diagnosis of the disease.

Differential diagnosis

The disease should be identified with the following diseases:

1. Papular urticaria rash often occurs suddenly, and has little to do with the season. There is no grain or weed contact history, and it is not easy to find the worm.

2. Acne has a typical predilection site, and it is often found in the finger joints.

3. The incidence of chickenpox is mostly in the spring, more common in children, there is a history of contact infection, rash is mainly vesicles, there are often pioneering symptoms before rash, no grain, no history of weed contact.
