Acute lipodermatosclerosis
Introduction
Introduction to acute fatty cutaneous sclerosis The term "fatty skin sclerotherapy" was originally used to describe the thickening or sclerosis of the skin and subcutaneous tissue caused by venous hypertension or gravity syndrome in the lower part of the lower leg. Acute fatty cutaneous sclerosis has rarely been known in the past. Its clinical manifestations are local red and hot skin and subcutaneous tissue, and tender infiltration and induration, but the whole body temperature is normal. basic knowledge The proportion of illness: 0.002% Susceptible people: no special people Mode of infection: non-infectious complication:
Cause
Causes of acute fatty cutaneous sclerosis
(1) Causes of the disease
The lower venous pressure or large gravity of the lower leg is the main cause.
(two) pathogenesis
Due to the venous hypertension of the skin, local edema is caused, and macromolecular substances in the blood leak out from the capillaries, so that the extracellular cellulose is deposited, the local tissue is deficient in oxygen and nutrient deficiency, and the tissue is hardened and thickened.
Pathology: There is interfiber bundle edema in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, and the dermal capillaries are obviously increased. Some of the blood vessels are cuff-like fibrin deposition, and the dermis can also be seen to expand the large lymphatic vessels.
Prevention
Acute fatty cutaneous sclerosis prevention
Primary prevention
For factories that are engaged in long-term standing work, enterprises should be protected by labor. For example, they should apply elastic stockings or elastic bandages during work, and organize work spaces during work.
2. Secondary prevention
Patients with mild varicose veins use elastic bandages or elastic stockings to raise the affected limb.
3. Active treatment of the primary disease.
Complication
Acute fatty cutaneous sclerosis complications Complication
Hardening of the skin, induration of the subcutaneous tissue
Symptom
Symptoms of acute fatty cutaneous sclerosing common symptoms sclerosing edema
The lesions were reddish brown, swollen and infiltrated. The surface was orange peel, hot, painful and tender, shaped like cellulitis, but no fever, obesity, high local venous pressure, edema, etc. (Fig. 1).
Examine
Examination of acute fatty cutaneous sclerosis
Blood, urine routine and anti-"O", erythrocyte sedimentation rate and mucin examination were normal.
Lower extremity venography revealed deep and superficial venous valvular insufficiency.
Diagnosis
Diagnosis and identification of acute fatty cutaneous sclerosis
On the basis of venous insufficiency, acute redness, swelling, and painful inflammation occur, but no systemic fever, and the use of antibiotics is ineffective, can be diagnosed.
Need to be differentiated from cellulitis.
