Pre-examination contraindications: Allergic tests must be performed 1-2 days before the angiography, and negative ones can be used for iodine angiography. Requirements for examination: a small number of patients with negative allergy test, but an allergic reaction occurs when iodine contrast agent is injected, so it is necessary to prepare emergency medicine for angiography and treat penicillin. Inspection process experiment method: (A) oral method: oral 5% -10% potassium iodide 5ml, 3 times a day for a total of 3 days, observe the results. (B) intradermal injection method: take iodine contrast agent 0.1ml for intradermal injection, observe the test results after 20 minutes. (C) intravenous injection method: take 1ml of iodine contrast agent (30% diatrizoate 1ml), slowly injected intravenously, observe the test results after 5-10 minutes. Before the intravenous injection of the contrast agent, the intradermal injection method must be performed, followed by intravenous injection.
